Receipt images are processed using third-party AI services (Mistral AI) to extract text. The extracted text is then processed to identify receipt data. Images are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 storage and are accessible only to you.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Clerk, a trusted identity provider.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Receipt images and extracted data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days after deletion.
